Tonight is when we "spring forward" for DST.

How does your family deal with DST. Is it a struggle, or does it even bother anyone?

I have to admit that because I grew up in AZ, I struggle with DST. I don't like being forced into losing an hour of sleep, and I don't see ANY logic behind the change at all.

My DD handles it better now that she's 5, but when she was younger, losing that hour of sleep at night took her almost a week of crankiness and adjustments before she was finally over it. Sadly, the same was true when we got the hour back in the fall.

My DH hates it only because he closes on Saturdays and has to wake up early on Sundays. He already only faces 5 hours of sleep, tonight it'll be 4. :(

I hate it and it makes no sense to me at all.  We all suffer in the spring and fall.  They should just leave the clocks alone. lol

Todd and I are happy about it because he works midnights and so that means he is going to get to come home to be with me an hour sooner than he would have, so we are both happy about it. YAYYYY
