Child support

Dh has 2 dd from a previous relationship. When he went to court for child support she told them he was maiking 7.50. She was working at 7-11. Now he makes 12 and she owns a tattoo shop with her husband and since the child support order we had DD. She will not allow him to see or talk to the kids and tells the kids that he doesn't want to see them. If we went back to court what happens with the child support?

It'll probably be adjusted since he's making more. But I think it's sad that you are worried more about the money than you are that your husband isn't currently allowed to have a relationship with his children.

It will be adjusted to his current income. When it comes to child support the judge doesn't care if he's had more kids, they are only focused on giving the previous kids the money.  As for visition, he has to fight for it. She may have left state but he can still take her to court and have visitation court ordered even if its just summer and school break visits.

Here in CA he will get a hardship credit for the child that you two have. The child support will be changed to reflect what he makes and she makes and the time he sees his children. If he wants more time with his kids you file paperwork with the courthouse that the case is registered with for a modification of custoody (order to show cause). Maybe ask for summer vacations and holidays as not to mess with their scchool schedule.

Depends on the judge they make the difference, so think of that also but if he is to see them I would do something
