I melt butter then mix in Parmesan, minced garlic, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Then I dip Rhodes frozen dinner rolls in them, allow to rise for a few hours then bake till golden brown. Easiest rolls ever ;)

We're hosting Hub's family. So about 20-25 ppl. That includes kids.
We bought 2 hams and 1 21lbs turkey. Hub's family loves ham and I prefer turkey. No one talks about the pilgrims having ham at the first Thanksgiving! Lol. I was raised to have Turkey on Thanksgiving and ham on Christmas but whatever.
I'm making green bean & corn cassarole, pumpkin dump cake (tastes a LOT better than the name) deviled eggs, cressant rolls & strawberry cheesecake pudding.
Each family will bring a side.

Here is the link. I made one tray the first time, huge mistake! WW III broke out at Christmas a few years ago. I now make two trays, and it at least lasts throughout dinner. No more snake eye glances now ;)

We're going to my parents house, so we aren't celebrating Thanksgiving. My mother is making a duck, with rice and sauce, roasted potatoes, and cake for dessert.
