Crockpot Pork Chops & Rice
4 pork chops
1 c. uncooked long grain rice
1 envelopes onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. water
rice into crockpot. Sprinkle with 1/3 onion soup mix. Place pork chops
over rice. Pour mushroom soup over all. Sprinkle remaining onion soup
mix over soup. Add water. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
Slow Cooker Pepper Steak
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
hot cooked rice
steak, garlic, onion, soy sauce, sugar, salt, ginger and black pepper
in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours.

Crockpot Old Fashioned Beef Stew
Coat meat with flour; set excess flour aside. Heat oil in large skillet and brown meat in skillet on all sides. In crockpot,
combine browned beef, bay leaf, Worcestershire sauce, chopped onion,
bouillon or broth, pepper, salt, sugar, and veggies. Pour water over
all. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Add okra. Turn control to high;
thicken with flour left over from coating beef that has been dissolved
in small amount of water. Cover and cook on high for 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly thickened.

"This Company's Coming recipe for rice pudding is by far the
easiest one I have ever made. I might add an extra tablespoon or so of
sugar next time, and maybe top the vanilla up to a full 2 teaspoons.
However, it did taste just fine as is. The cinnamon taste is VERY mild,
so you may want to sprinkle more cinnamon on top of individual
Crockpot Beef And Beans
· 1 pound Beans, pinto, dried· 6 cups Water, cold· 1/2 pound Salt pork, cut up· 1 pound Beef, chuck steak, 1" cubed· 1/2 teaspoon Pepper, red, crushed· 1 Onions, chopped· 1 1/3 tablespoons Garlic cloves, minced· 6 ounces Tomato paste· 1−1/2 tablespoons Chili powder· 1 teaspoon Salt· 1 teaspoon Cumin seed· 1/2 teaspoon Marjoram leaves
Soak beans in water overnight. Brown salt pork in skillt or in the corckpotif you have that type. Combine the soaked beans with water into the crockpotalong with the browed salt pork and remaining ingredients. Cover and cook onlow for 9−10 hours.
Crockpot Home−Style Bread Pudding
· 2 Eggs, slightly beaten· 2 1/4 Cup Milk· 1 Teaspoon Vanilla· 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon· 1/4 Teaspoon Salt· 2 Cup 1−inch bread cubes· 1/2 Cup Brown sugar· 1/2 Cup Raisins or chopped dates
In medium mixing bowl, combine eggs with milk, vanilla, cinnamon, salt,bread, sugar, and raisins or dates. Pour into 1 1/2−qt. baking dish. Placemetal trivet or rack in bottom of crockpot. Add 1/2 cup hot water. Setbaking dish on trivet. Cover pot; cook on high for about 2 hours. Servepudding warm or cool.

Instructions1. Mix bread cubes with butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and brown sugar.2. Arrange in alternate layers with apples in crock-pot.3. Cover and cook on high for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours or until apples are tender.4. Serve warm with cream, hard sauce or ice cream.
