couponing groups in texas?

I would love to start clipping coupons,but don't really know where to start, and was wondering if any of you texas ladys know of any groups or forums for coupon clipping in texas, cuz we have heb around us not the publix. Any help is appricated.

 Im in Tx and ive never seen a Publix.

We have Kroger/HEB/Brookshire Bros/Walmart/Albertsons

I get all of my coupons from the Houston Chronicle.
