Grocery store.
Where do you shop? What is their coupon policy? Do they offer customer rewards? Anything else?
I do most of my shopping at Winn-Dixie. They have a great customer rewards program that includes a baby club. They double and stack coupons and they also accept printed coupons.
We buy toilet paper and cat food and other things like that in bulk at Sams Club.
We have a Meijer in the area that will allow us to stack coupons and accept printed coupons. I've not noticed a double coupon value in any local store in a LONG time.
I do most of my shopping at a discount/bulk food store that is Amish owned, then finish up at Save A Lot. The Amish store has great produce right from their gardens in the summer for fantastic prices, and canned goods range anywhere from 10¢/can for tomato sauce to $1.00/can for huge cans of baked beans. I can get 20 lb. rice for $3.50 and 50 lb. unbleached bread flour for under $17. Fresh brown eggs supplied by a local Amish farmer are 99¢ and a gallon of olive oil is around $7. They also have paper products, canning supplies, laundry & dish soaps, even breads & buns. They do NOT accept coupons, but even without coupons I think I get great deals.

I do my grocery shopping at Hy-Vee and the Grafton J-Mart. I live in a rural area. Hyvee has weekly specials and I shop from the circular. I get all of my meat from the J-Mart. He grinds his own burger so I know what's in it and since I place a large meat order every 3 months (beef-ground, steak, roasts-Whole Chickens, Ham Steaks, Pork Tenderloins) he packages it however I like and gives me a price that can't be competed with. ex: 90% burger for 1.90/lb or 2- 3/4in ham steaks for $3 or 5# roasts for $4!!!
Neither place has many coupons and neither accept doubling or anything like that, but they do stock local foods from local farmers for prices usually less than corporate competitors. And THAT I can't pass up.

I think there is a huge farmer's market somewhere around Atlanta. My parents have often gone there on their return trips from traveling. Not sure exactly how far away you are, but it might be worth looking into if you are ever in the area. I think its called Harvey's or Harry's............something like that.
