what about bbq meatballs,

all you need is the 1lb beef/turkey , 1 egg 1/4 cup bread crumbs, seasonings (that you like, salt, peper so on) bbq sauce of your choice

mix meat, bread crumbs, seasoning together make in to small "balls" and either bake , fry , or my favorite it to put them in the crockpot all day when 3/4 way done mix bbq sauce over them and let cook the rest of the way and serve over rice or pasta......yumm

Cheeseburger Empanadas

burger or turkey

shredded cheddar cheese

taco seasoning or any seasoning you like

round dough disks (Goya makes them)

add spices and brown meat, when meat is browned add cheese and melt in with meat....get round dough pieces ready....spoon mixture in and fold over sealing sides tight....put oil in different pan to fry dough pockets.....and there you have it...serve with rice or veggies....you can also do this with chicken, sloppy joe mixture, pretty much anything you can stuff into a dough pocket and fry up...lol....you can probably bake them too so it can be a bit healthier....
