its a boy

Twenty-five years ago this morning, my first baby was born!

My oldest DS's birthday is today and we'll be celebrating with a dinner of steak, twice-baked potatoes, broccoli, and a lemon meringue cake!

Crock pot chicken and rice. Easy peasy since I'm not feeling so hot today.

I cooked extra chicken so I could make chicken tetrizini tonight.  I will be serving brocolli, and Texas toast on the side.

1 mom liked this

I make potatoes and sausage about once a month.  But, I never thought of wilting baby spinach into it!  What a noggin knocker!  I'm doing that next time I make this dish!  TFS!

If the peanuts I'm boiling in the crockpot are done in time, I'm making some crockpot chicken breasts, veggies, and rice.
If the peanuts aren't done, maybe tacos
