Usually every time I shop.  I don't really use coupons at Trader Joe's.

Every week. I check match ups every day and once a week I have a list /coupons ready to go to the stores I have to go. I save a lot and get a lot of free stuff too.

Rarely.  I prefer to stick with whole foods (for which I can hardly ever find coupons) and store brands (no stores around us regularly double coupons so it's never cost effective to buy name brand.)

I do shop Dollar General a lot, and they regularly offer $5 off $25 purchase...and I use those.

I don't go grocery shopping without my big stack of coupons lol

For groceries, household needs every time.  For clothes I shop thrift, clearance or when I get coupons for old navy.
