So crabby... need home remedy

I have NEVER in my life had any allergy issues. Well, not anymore. I have fallen to the great allergy god. I have taken allergy meds and they are not that great. All I want to do is breath. My nose is stopped up, I have a slight headache and itchy watery eyes and itchy nose. Please someone help me. I would love a home remedy besides a steamy shower.

I also want to say I feel sorry for all that suffer with seasonal allergies. I would not wish this on anyone, not even my worst enemy. Thanks everyone. :'D

I'm sorry you have fallen victim. I'm on so many meds for my allergies which trigger my asthma.

Best thing is find out what your allergy is to and limit that, get an air purifier.

Try to use a neti pot with saline.  I actually just use a wide small cup filled with saline I make muself and suck it up my nostrils in the morning and at night.  Not pretty but it helps.  You may wat to use saline only eye drops too.

Cataplex http://pureformulas.com/cataplex-acp-90-tablets-by-standard-process.html

Antronex http://pureformulas.com/antronex-90-tablets-by-standard-process.html

These are supplements that have helped me. They are holistic and natural.

I use a vick vaporub inhaler.  Its about the same size as a lip stick.  I think I got mine at walgreens.  Also green tea with honey, a lot of honey.  Heat and the tea itself will open you up, and the honey will coat your throat.  I never have the money for allergy medicine, and I'm allergic to everything alive.

Neti pot, inhaling eucalyptus or peppermint oils (sometimes I'll dab a little eucalyptus EO under my nose), or drinking green tea.

Thanks everyone for the help. I have tried the neti pot. It works a little. I hope anyone that has to deal with this gets better soon
