How to Diaper Change A Baby With Self-Movement

As soon as my daughter discovered how to move her body, she always tried to squirm around and/or rollover while I tried to change her diaper. Changing tables with belts do not hold the child tight enough to prevent twisting and turning. This was especially true when my daughter had to lie down pressed against her soiled diaper.

There were so many times that I couldn't contain her while changing the diaper which spread the feces, all over her back and legs, clothes and wall. This resulted in more clean-up, the use of more cleaning supplies, a change of clothes and changing pad, washing additional loads of laundry and even discarding clothes with permanent damage.
