How many yards do you need to make them and how many should I make?  What is the best material to make them from?

I make mine from thrift store flannel sheets and left over PUL from when I make cloth diapers. The PUL you can get at joanns. Kinda spendy but you cant get around that if you use PUL. If you change often enough you wont need the PUL
