I have absolutely no room in my house so I cant stock pile no matter how much I want to. What can I do? I really want to start saving money, but I cant stock pile so I end up paying full price when I run out of things. I am going nuts! I literally have no closet space left, and I refuse to put things under the kids beds because they get into everything (as a 6 year old and a 2 year old should.) HELP!!!
We have no strage space either. I only really stock up on non-parishables like rice, oats, pasta etc.
Most of it I store where i'll use it (like toiletries under my sink, laundry/cleaning supplies above my w/d). I also have a shelf in the garage which is mainly cereal/pasta, toys, diapers, paper towels, and a chest freezer. If I absolutely had to, I could reorganize my cabinets and fit it all in my house (except the freezer). I have a lot of cabinet space. Is there a closet you can "claim" just for your stockpile? It's amazing how much room I was able to get out of a few closets just by reorganizing and decluttering.
I have lots of cabinets and cupboards so I put all mine there. I was going to suggest under your bed?
I am lucky enough to have a walk-in pantry. So, I keep it pretty well stocked for the kitchen. I have great cabinet space and a closet in the master bathroom. So, any stock piled toileties have a place in there.
But, I can remember days when I lived in places that didn't have such great storage space. It was difficult indeed.
