Monday- Succotash
Tuesday- Salmon patties salad
Wednesday- Chicken, beans, and fried zucchini sticks
Thursday- Breakfast for dinner
Friday- Chicken, corn on the cob, and mashed potatoes
Saturday- Chicken tacos

Rhonda you inspired me. For groceries this week we spent $12.57 for milk and cheese which should cover us for the next couple of weeks. Everything else is already in house.

June 17 – 23, 2012


I planned based on my stockpile and paid $6.08 for the things I needed to complete this week's meal plan.

Sunday:

breakfast – omelets, veggie juice

lunch – taco soup

dinner – grilled bratwurst, potato & veggie packets on the grill, fruit & rice salad


Monday:

breakfast – waffles (from freezer), orange segments

lunch – tuna patties, side salad

dinner - crockpot beef roast/potatoes/carrots


Tuesday:

breakfast – grain free granola (made a batch last week), veggie juice

lunch – pizza soup

dinner – grilled chicken leg quarters/sweet & sour green beans/tossed salad


Wednesday:

breakfast – carrot cake pancakes (freezer), veggie juice

lunch – leftovers from Tuesday's dinner

dinner – sausage/pepper/potato skillet, orange & pickled beet salad


Thursday:

breakfast – sausage/spinach/cheddar frittata (make 2, freeze 1), orange segments

lunch – chef salad

dinner – (skillet) salisbury patties & gravy/mashed potatoes/green beans


Friday:

breakfast – ham & egg cups, veggie juice

lunch – liver with caramelized onions and mushrooms, salad

dinner – skillet chicken pierre/rice/broccoli


Saturday:

breakfast – fried eggs & hashbrowns, veggie juice

lunch – leftovers/clean out the fridge/salads

dinner – crockpot ham roast w/herb crust/carrot salad/roasted potato medley
