I have done tacos and hamburger helper with my ground pork we got for free.
I was wondering if y'all have any other good recipes to use it in. Will it be good for meatloaf or salisbury steak be good for it?
It's good for just about anything you would do with beef. It makes a killer meatloaf, but I've never tried it as Salisbury steak? Sounds like it would be yummy, though?

I've only made it twice, the last time was when Hannah was a baby.

This recipe is very similar, from what I remember. Except I use pork.
