Meal Plan for the week of July 22- 28th

Sunday:

breakfast – pop tarts, eggs

lunch - hot dogs, macaroni and cheese

dinner - Pizza Hut pizza


Monday:

breakfast - Fiber One, milk, muffins

lunch - peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, cheese puffs, bananas

dinner – Cheeseburgers, chips, pickles


Tuesday:

breakfast – granola bars, yogurt, orange juice

lunch - tomato soup, grilled cheese

dinner – bean burritos, Spanish rice, caramel flan


Wednesday:

breakfast – cinnamon rolls, egg white omelets, apple juice

lunch – chili dogs, fries, homemade milkshakes

dinner – grilled burgers and all the fixings, potato salad, pasta salad, strawberry shortcake, ice cream


Thursday:

breakfast – cereal and poptarts, smoky links

lunch – peanut butter and banana sandwiches, pudding cups

dinner – pancakes and sausage, fried eggs, cereal (breakfast for dinner)


Friday:

breakfast - egg McMuffins, hash browns, orange juice

lunch -  shells & cheese dinner

dinner - Spaghetti and garlic bread


Saturday:

breakfast - Belgian waffles with cherry pie filling and whipped cream (yum!)

lunch - grilled burgers, French fries, baked beans

dinner - Pizza Hut

No real meal plans as of yet, but we know we are going to BBQ some ribs today, have plans for meat loaf with mashed potatoes this week and taco's.  Days are unknown at this time.

Actually, this is a fake menu.  Most of this food is crap and you won't find it at my house.  I just wanted to see who was actually paying attention to what I post.  LOL

Days haven't been assigned yet.  But this is what I planned for when grocery shopping.

Breakfast: (some will repeat)

Homemade Muffins

Fruit salad

hashbrowns

cereal

yogurt

pancakes

 

Lunch:

Tacos

turkey sandwiches

french boat pizzas

grilled cheese with tomato soup (salad for me)

turkey dogs

open faced ham sandwiches (croque monsieurs) and salad

grilled chicken sandwiches

Dinner:

Chicken Parm

Flank stead fajitas

Baked Macaroni and cheese

Roasted Chicken with noodles

Fettucine Alfredo

Grilled Salmon with rice pilaf and sauteed spinach with mushroom

Chicken stir-fry with baked spring rolls and steamed rice

 

Desserts/snacks

Fresh fruit

Fruit salad (have some melon, berries, grapes, etc)

frozen fruit bars

nachos

homemade pretzels

Here's my actual menu for this week, and I do have plenty of room for guests!

July 22 – 28, 2012


Sunday:

breakfast – omelets with broccoli, onions, and smoked cheddar, veggie juice

lunch - grilled bratwurst, misc leftovers

dinner - crockpot BBQ beef roast, Monte Carlo veggie mix, salad


Monday:

breakfast – almond flour blueberry pancakes, veggie juice

lunch – BBQ chicken meal

dinner – zucchini lasagna, garlic/rosemary flax seed (grain-free) bread


Tuesday:

breakfast – sausage/spinach/cheddar frittata, veggie juice

lunch - soft shell tacos made w/grain-free tortillas

dinner - crockpot buffalo chicken breasts, steamed broccoli, carrot salad


Wednesday:

breakfast – grain-free German apple pancake, veggie juice

lunch – gazpacho or cool cucumber soup

dinner – grilled steaks, grilled veggie packets


Thursday:

breakfast - leftover German apple pancake, carrot juice

lunch - grain-free panini sandwiches

dinner – low carb taco bake


Friday:

breakfast - breakfast burritos w/grain-free tortillas, pepper strips

lunch – salmon or tuna chef salad

dinner – grilled chicken legs, pea salad, grilled potatoes


Saturday:

breakfast – eggs & homemade hash browns, veggie juice

lunch – leftovers/clean out the fridge

dinner - crockpot BBQ spare ribs, deviled eggs, salad

Rhonda you really had me going this week! Lol
I looked at the first day and said poptarts? I wonder how she makes them? Then I saw cereal and was like she's the one that taught me what a waste it was. After that I didn't read any further. I have been up off and on all night with and energetic toddler and a sick husband so I thought I was just seeing things lol

Don't scare me like that again.
