So now the only thing I have in my freezer is a couple packs of ground pork and Italian sausage (I'm burned out on that as we got a case of each in June.) Some ground beef my mil gave us, and a bag of chicken parts. The rest is a bag of veggies, half a bag of fries, cheese, and some frozen meals for dh (single serving of leftovers from other meals.)
So since I'm down to so little I want to try to meal plan but Im having a hard time making a menu. I'm so used to planning the meal.the day before or day of, what I cook depends on my mood and what kind of day I will be having.

I am not so good on meal planning, but I am GREAT at buying meat on clearance. My freezer will tell you that. It is a work in progress. I love watching cooking shows and love trying out the new things. Plus pinterest is an awesome place to find new and exciting recipes. I follow quite a few healthy ones too and let us just say it is a good way to get them unwanted veggies in our bodies. :) I recently made zucchini tots the other night YUMMY.
It is a slow process for me as I am so overloaded with everything on the internet and learning to do what is important. :)
