B- Biscuits & gravy
L- Pizza & salad
D-Roasted chicken, potatoes, carrots

Monday
B- pancakes
L- Chicken, rice, beans
D- Pork roast, mashed potatoes, corn

Tuesday
B- eggs, toast
L- soup, salad
D- chicken & dumplings

Wednesday
B- Pumpkin pancakes
L- leftovers
D- BBQ Pork, potato salad, peas

Thursday
B- Breakfast casserole
L- Hot dogs, mac n cheese, veggie
D- Chicken tenders, fries, broccoli

Friday
B- Eggs, toast
L- Pasta
D- Chili, cornbread

Saturday
B- Breakfast sandwich
L- Pizza, birthday cake ( my Ds' 6th b-day)
D- chicken skillet

August 19 – 25, 2012


Sunday:

breakfast - scrambled eggs & sausage with biscuits with gravy, tomato juice

lunch – paleo “corn”dog muffins, carrot salad

dinner - crockpot spicy roast chicken/oven fried potatoes/steamed Monte Carlo veggie mix


Monday:

breakfast - carrot cake pancakes, tomato juice

lunch - turkey, veggie, cheese wraps

dinner - stuffed meatloaf/roasted beets & carrots/salad


Tuesday:

breakfast - eggs in ham cups, tomato juice

lunch - creamed tuna & peas over biscuits or toasted paleo bread

dinner - chicken gumbo/cucumber & tomato salad


Wednesday:

breakfast - breakfast burritos, veggie juice

lunch - egg salad on paleo bread or cucumber slices

dinner - beef stroganoff over zucchini noodles/steamed peas & carrots


Thursday:

breakfast - veggie omelet, veggie juice

lunch – roast beef, veggie, cheese wraps

dinner - crockpot cheesy chicken & ham/steamed broccoli


Friday:

breakfast - almond flour blueberry pancakes, veggie juice

lunch – salmon chef salad

dinner - sausage/peppers/potatoes skillet, tossed salad


Saturday:

breakfast - eggs & hashbrowns, veggie juice

lunch - leftovers/clean out the fridge/chef salad

dinner - almond flour crust pizza/salad

Sunday is the only day we eat breakfast and lunch together unless it's a holiday b/c SO is off on Sundays.
Chocolate pancakes, eggs, and bacon for breakfast.
Sandwich for lunch.
Steak and asparagus for dinner.

Dinner meals
Monday:
Chicken with cream of mushroom and green beans for dinner.

Tuesday:
Picadillo and rice

Wednesday:
Chicken salad

Thursday:
Chicken alfredo with broccoli

Friday:
Sheppard pie

Saturday:
Fried pork

Monday -baby boy turns 6 months old and will be eating dinner with us!
Ham, steamed carrots

Tuesday - Goulosh and bread

Wednesday - pizza

Thursday - chicken in the crock pot and a salad

Friday - pork chop and seasoned potatoes

Saturday -chicken alfredo and Texas toast

Sunday- bratwursts and Mac n cheese

MMMmmm. Picadillo. I forgot about that. Adding it on for next week.

I will not be cooking this week DD leaves for camp, so I will be eating smaller meals.

Zucchini noodles are easy.  Thinly slice zucchini lengthwise and boil until just barely tender.
