Alright so I cooked chicken in the crockpot and had lots of leftover, which I shredded. Also have leftover white gravy and one large biscuit... I know there's a meal to be made here... Any suggestions? Only need enough to feed me and my niece.
Thank you!

Maybe split the biscuit and top with chicken and gravy and then have a vegetable as your side?

That's my plan so far, but I was hoping to make it a little less recognizable as leftovers :) trying to think of things to stir in make it more like casserole but have only come up with peas. Any seasonings that would mix well?

We are picky, do not like chicken salad lol! Wanted to try chicken tacos but I just had a wisdom tooth taken out and scared to eat taco shells! This also leaves out rice which we eat with everything :( don't have any tortillas either :(

Bbq sauce and buns, add taco seasonings for quesadillas or chicken tacos, make chicken pie

throw it in a cassorole dish w/ some cream of ______ soup, and any vegis you can find be it corn, peas, onions whatever. Top it with some bisquick and you have a nice filling meal.

I have more ideas but then read about your wisdom tooth so eh I'll just give you what I already wrote.

This is pretty much what I was going to suggest.

Try the chicken tacos on tortillas. We did (my mouth has been swollen for a week) and I could eat them. They r soooo good. ( the one we used were just jar taco sauce and the chicken. In the crock pot.since ur chicken is cooked just put it in sauce and warm it up?) Maybe..

Thanks for all the great suggestions! I'm definitely gonna try chicken tacos next time, I've never had them. I ended up mixing the gravy and chicken with a can of peas and topping with the biscuit. We both had seconds and even gave te leftovers to the dogs!
