Are you buying different meat?

As the cost of food is going up, have you changed what kind of meat you buy?  Has it affected your meal planning at all?

I just plan my weekly meals around what was on sale the week before that I stocked up on.  I've really always done it that way.  So, I really haven't changed my habits that much.

I bought ground chuck instead of sirloin because they wanted a crazy high amount, like $10 for 1.5 lbs of sirloin. It was so greasy, will not buy it again.

I stock up when meat is on sale so I always have a freezer full of assorted meats.

We buy ground pork for about $2.00 a lb. Also a ton of chicken (local chicken plant sells 40-70lb boxes of prepackaged store style (10 per box)) for $10 once a month.

I stocked up on chicken and ground beef a month or so ago and am hoping to purchase a side of beef in the spring. If we do then that would be a change.
