One good thing about renting is the property management gets it plowed. I usually end up having to shovel the stairs.
We just moved to Alabama, my guess is this is no longer a problem. In MO we shoveled or hired our teenage neighbor to shovel, in CO we had a contract with a company and they cleared it for the entire year for one rate.
Just a shovel. For now, anyway. Our driveway isn't huge, so it doesn't take long at all. We'd like to get a snowblower, but it's something that'll have to wait. lol.
