About a month ago I bought a package of cheese nips that were burnt. I didn't think anything would come of it but I emailed nabisco with the problem and codes on the boxes.
Yesterday I got a coupon for any nabisco product for free (up to a $4.49 value). And a nice little letter expressing apologies and the usual form letter pleasantries.
Not only am I happy with the coupon, but that they were so prompt to reply to me.
Just curious, why is the word "codes" I typed in in my OP now linked to an ad? I didn't do that.
That is great! I always wonder if it's worth it to contact them in those situations, but I will definitely do it next time!
I have usually gotten great responses from companies when I've written about issues. I highly recommand writing. They can't fix problems if they don't know they exist. Sometimes, it's up to us consumers to be the ones to tell them
