I took my (blind) mom shopping today, and I finished all of my Christmas shopping...even stocking stuffers!

I also bought two real Christmas trees, a white pine and a Black Hills spruce. Both are beautiful and I hope to get them up tonight, maybe decorated tomorrow.

I plan to decorate the spruce with blue & silver decorations for the foyer, then we'll put our traditional decorations on the pine. I have a little fiber optics tree that I want to put in a corner of the kitchen/dining room, and I bought apple/gingerbread/candy decorations to use on that.

I found out today that next week is customer appreciation week at my favorite store. They're giving 10% off ALL groceries, and my almond meal is coming in next week. That's $10 off that item alone!!!!!
