Not sure.  I buy a large pack of 2 big jars at BJ's (not sure if you have that....it's like Sam's or Costco) and the price for PB has been the same there for as long as I can remember, plus they typically have a coupon for it.  I end up paying about 8 bucks for 2 very big containers of Jif.

Crops haven't been that great for the past couple of years.  It's to be expected.

I pay $2.95 for 18 oz.

It does seem like it's a dollar or two higher than it was this time last year. :/

$5.99 for a 40 oz jar of Target brand pb. I'm finding it's cheaper to stock up on smaller jars when they go on sale, I aim for something like 10c an ounce but average price seems to be about 15c. Less than a year ago my grocery store had their brand for 8c per ounce, ugh. We've definitely cut down our peanut butter and milk consumption in the last few months, which is good, I suppose! :)

It has gone up terribly.  I love to buy it but not at the price i can't afford it. I love cooking with it alot. I wish they would lower it.
