I've lived here for almost 47 years...don't I know it!  LOL

Quoting kiddo0820:

I was doing laundry today and when I looked out the laundry room window I noticed the snow melting off the roof and though to myself "wow its been a mild winter this year" then I remembered that it was pretty mild last winter too, up until march and then we got hit hard. You never know what's coming next in Michigan.

Quoting michiganmom116:

I know the eaves were dripping here, but I didn't notice too much snow gone.  I almost dread what winter's got in store for us next!

Quoting kiddo0820:

Yep, its 34 degrees here

Thanks! I am trying to use what we have in the freezer before we move.  I had some frozen cooked chicken and half a bag of frozen peppers to use as well as the steamed broccoli.  Everything else was in the pantry.

Yum!

Chicken teriyaki over rice with broccoli on the side.

We had a spiral cut ham that will create 3 days of meals. Ham, potatoes and vegetables, homemade macaroni and cheese with ham tonight and chef salad on Thursday. There's still some for sandwiches. I got 2 hams for free when I bought 2 turkeys with a $10 off coupon for each...

Wow!  That's a great bargain, and sounds like you're great at stretching it out!

We had a potato and bacon casserole-simple, easy and really tasty! Tonight I'll make a beef stroganoff casserole for Jim (my boyfriend).
