January 13 – 19, 2013


Sunday:

breakfast – sausage & spinach frittata, veggie juice

lunch – liver w/caramelized onions & bacon, steamed broccoli mix

dinner - rosemary chicken & potatoes, green beans


Monday:

breakfast – berry pancakes

lunch - leftovers

dinner - porcupine meatballs, mashed potatoes, salad



Tuesday:

breakfast – omelets

lunch – homemade beef & veggie stew

dinner - Monterey jack chicken, avocado citrus salad


Wednesday:

breakfast – cheese crepes with lemon sauce

lunch – leftovers

dinner – sausage, pepper & potato skillet, orange nut rice salad


Thursday:

breakfast - eggs in ham cups, veggie hash

lunch – bratwurst, side salad

dinner - spaghetti squash parmesan chicken boats


Friday:

breakfast – breakfast bake, veggie juice

lunch – hamburger stew

dinner - tuna patties with homemade tartar sauce, herbed potatoes, peas & carrots mix


Saturday:

breakfast – omelets

lunch – leftovers/clean the fridge

dinner - pizza burgers, salad

Sunday: ranch chicken, hashbrowns and steamed carrots

Monday: Black bean burrito bake, cornbread and cantaloupe 

Tuesday: Asian leg quarters, fried rice and veggies, and peaches

Wednesday: sweet and sour meatballs, egg noodles, and saluted green beans

Thursday: Sweet and spicy chicken, sautéed asparagusand mashed potatoes

Friday: Linguine casserole, salad and garlic bread

Saturday: chicken Parmesan burgers and sweet peas


Breakfast is normally cereal or oatmeal and lunch is leftovers.

This week I have made:


Roast beef, potatoes, carrots


Hash from leftovers with corn, onions, and celery added.


Pork tenderloin with honey-mustard, fresh green beans, and homemade cornbread.


Browned ground beef with peas, onions, leftover cornbread, and beaten eggs heated in skillet.


Taco salads with homemade baked tortilla bowls.


Digornio pizza with breadsticks and a tossed salad on my busy night.


Homemade lightly fried chicken strips, asparagus, and mashed potatoes.

I only meal plan dinners
Sun: pot roast, carrots and potatoes
Mon: velveeta dish with pasta and ground beef
Tues: shepards pie made with the left over pot roast
Wed: spaghetti and meatballs
Thurs: chicken fajitas yellow rice
Fri: left overs
Sat: Fillet minion, onions and mashed potatoes, rolls and salad

Sunday: cream of mushroom chicken, green beans
Monday: leftover
Tuesday: pot roast, carrots and potatoes
Wednesday: leftover
Thursday: spaghetti, garlic breads
Friday: babyback ribs, mashed potatoes
