Meal Plan for the week of January 20-26th

January 20 – 26, 2013



Sunday:

breakfast – sausage/peppers/eggs skillet breakfast

lunch – hamburger gravy over paleo biscuits

dinner - spinach parmesan chicken


Monday:

breakfast – sausage & spinach frittata, veggie juice

lunch - leftovers

dinner - Hungarian roast, potatoes, carrots


Tuesday:

breakfast – grain-free waffles, oranges

lunch – leftovers

dinner – tacos (brown extra meat for tomorrow's lunch)


Wednesday:

breakfast – eggs in ham cups

lunch – taco soup

dinner - honey mustard chicken, oven fries, steamed peas & carrots


Thursday:

breakfast – carrot cake pancakes

lunch – leftovers or soup from freezer stock

dinner - swiss/provolone mushroom patty melts, baked potatoes, Monte Carlo mix


Friday:

breakfast – omelets

lunch – creamed tuna & peas on paleo biscuits, salad or fruit

dinner - firehouse chili


Saturday:

breakfast – pancakes & waffles grab bag, fruit

lunch – leftovers/clean out the fridge

dinner - homemade pizza

I know I had a months of menues. But those were guidelines to use up food we have.

Sunday Flat Iron steak, loaded potato casserole, green beans. garlic bread and cherry tart

Monday Grilled ham and cheese sandwiches, minestrone soup

Tuesday Garden salad,Italian Wedding soup Italian bread.

Wednesday Something out of leftover flat iron steak

Thursday BBQ pork sandwiches, tater tots and veggie to be decided

Friday  and Saturday. Something off that big menue I made.

tonight was chicken parm, butter noodles and steamed green beans

mon: stuff manicoti, roasted asperagus

tue:black bean tortilla casserole, some guac, sour cream, etc

weds: sausage and potatoes with streamed or roasted brocoli

thurs: pancakes, eggs, bacon

fri: leftovers

sat: grilled ham and cheese, roasted red pepper and tomato soup, fruit of some kind.

sun: maybe steak or tilapia, not sure yet.

*breakfast is usually cereal, eggs, toast, etc

**lunch is leftovers or something small. Normally its just me

Dinner menus this week:

  • Tonight- burgers and chips
  • Monday- Mongolian beef and broccoli
  • Tuesday- BBQ ribs and baked beans
  • Wednesday- Bourbon chicken and rice
  • Thursday- pork chops, potatoes and corn cobs
  • Friday- chicken parmesan with sphagetti noodles
  • Saturday- English muffins pizza

My menu is:
Monday:
Breakfast- waffles
Lunch- only me
Dinner- Baked hobo dinners w/ salad

Tuesday :
Breakfast- cereal or waffles or pancakes. .whatever dd wants
Lunch- just me
Dinner- shredded bar b q beef sandwiches ( beef cooked in crock pot). Veggie tray
Wednesday :
Breakfast- stuffed biscuits
Lunch- having lunch with a friend.
Dinner- Chicken Marcella w/ noodles, green salad.. pineapple
Friday-
Breakfast- pancakes or waffles, or cereal
Lunch- I will be out of town with dd for a school choir performance until about 9:30pm.
Hubby is on his own for dinner.
Saturdays we wing it and figure out something together.
Sunday. I will make our usual nice sunday dinner.

i dont know which days we will be having these on but here is my plan for the week.

chicken and stuffing and gravy in the crockpot

pork chops in gravy, herb and butter rice and green beans

chicken tacos and rice

spaghetti and garlic bread

hotdogs and chips

chili beans and cheese bread

pizza and salad

Hobo dinner :
Make how many hamburger patties you will need.
Put each patty in a piece of foil... ,on the patty add:
2-3 slices of potatoes
Handful of sliced mushrooms
Sliced carrots
One slice of onion
Salt n pepper
Wrap each smothered patty in foil, you don't want anything to leak out. Put all foil dinners in a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
The kids love this.

Sunday: Roasted Herb Chicken, Made from scratch dinner rolls, sauteed green beans

Monday: Grilled Shrimp with Pineapple Salsa, couscous, and green salad

Tuesday: Beef and Corn Casserole with Tomato Salad

Wednesday: Chicken Florentine Pasta with made from scratch crusty bread

Thursday: Honey-Peach Pork Chops, Brocolli, and Mashed Potatoes

Friday: Loaded Sweet Potatoes with Cantaloupe

Saturday: Bacon Ranch Toasted Subs with Strawberries
