If you could spend $500 to stock up in the pantry/freezer what would you buy?

Do you use almond flour and coconut flour in recipes in place of regular flour? I have used recipes that call for these flours but have never tried to modify a recipe that called for regular flour.

Meat, cheese, baking supplies (flours, sugars, spices, etc.), canned tomato products, frozen veggies & fruit. Anything I could.

These flours work differently than regular flour, especially coconut flour.  I have had success with substituting almond flour for regular flour in a skillet cake recipe, though.

I would spend about $100 on meat.  I would probably get whole chickens, hamburger and a huge pork loin that I would cut up.

Then i would spend probably a $50 on shredded cheese.  Dont judge LOL.  we go through sometimes 4 bags a week depending upon what I am making.

then I would go for canned goods.  and if I had room frozen veggies.  Not a real big fan of canned veggies

then pasta, flour, sugar and some oatmeal.
