i would love to start making them but my family would take a while to ebt them so i was thinking of leaving some out and freezing the rest. thoughts?

Yes they do! Just put them in an air tight container and dont forget about them before they get freezer burned!

I'd sag a few months at least. If frost hasn't formed on them I think its okay. Even if it has, if its just a little I'd warm them in the microwave and eat them immediately. Worst that could happen is you thaw them out and they dry out super fast.

I put 4 mini ones in a snack size Ziploc baggie and 1 regular size on in a sandwich size baggie. These are perfect sizes tmi pull out for breakfast or snacks, however, I will wrap several in Saran wrap and pop them in a gallon size bag for when friends come over for coffee. The kids know that the baggie ones they may eat and the large bagged ones are hands off.
