Has anyone done it and did it taste fine still?
I have a gallon in a half that i am not going to be able to use fast so i was thinking about freezing it.

I did it frequently. The best milk to freeze, IMO, is 2%. Whole milk can separate at times.

IMO it doesn't make a difference, although I prefer to remove 1/2 c. to 3/4 c. of milk from the container before freezing.

There wasn't a noticable difference in taste.

It can be frozen, but I only like to use it in cooking. I don't like the taste. Some say they don't mind it.
