Other than leek and potato soup

 

I have every vegetable imaginable lol. I have only made leek and potato soup and need some ideas

Dice it and put it into a stir fry.  I've made a gratin with it and potatoes and cream (or canned milk if I'm not being fancy), it's good in chicken soup or in a bean cassoulet.

never really eaten a leek before but isnt it in the onion family?  maybe batter and fry it!  LOL

Fry up potatoes and towards the end add the leeks.

I use in Clam Chowder & Brocoli Cheddar Soup
