How good are you about staying on track with your plan?
I usually get off 1 or 2 days a week. Mostly because of leftovers
I just started this. I hope I can keep up with it. I like the idea cuz this way Im not just hanging out in my kitchen for a while tryin to figure out what to do.
I'm on track 95% of the time. I'm lazy and meal planning eliminates quite a bit of work and worry.
I meal plan for seven days a week, I usually end up shuffling the days around as a I see fit, and maybe one day a week we eat something that was not on the meal plan at all. Perhaps two times a month we eat take out because I forfeit dinner and it's easier to order in or go out.
I am good staying on my plan but I only plan about 4 meal per week. Our schedules are all over the place and I do account for leftovers or simple things like spaghetti night.
When I do meal plan, I typically stick with it. Where I tend to fall down is in actually making a plan.
