Here is the first cilantro out of our garden. I'm so excited to be getting things out of the garden already. We used it for salsa chicken tonight.

Yay!!

I noticed today my tomatillos and tomatoes are blooming. And, my raspberry bush is very "bushy" - not twiggy. Very excited!!!

What else is in your garden?? Do you have herbs and veggies?

 Herbs I have cilantro, thyme, basil, dill, parsley, and oregano.

Veggies I have 2 kinds of tomatoes, 2 kinds of cucumbers, bell peppers, zuchinni, yellow squash, corn, peas, 2 kinds of beans, brocolli, onions, and garlic.

I havent even been able to put them outside yet, its been sub freezing for weeks. Supposed to get above 70 and stay there (and above 40 at night) starting tomorrow here.


I hate cilantro--tastes like soap to me (yay freaky genetics!) but my SO LOVES LOVES LOVES cilantro lime chicken. I'm jealous :(
