I need the motivation of this post to get planning. We are shopping tomorrow. Tonight is tofu and vegetable fried rice.

Me too. Dh is cooking a ham for them now. Im going through my fridge and the sale papers. be right back

April 14 – 20, 2013


Sunday:

breakfast – hard boiled eggs, oranges, veggie juice

lunch – leftover pizza

dinner - salisbury patties w/gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans


Monday: moving day

breakfast – omelets, oranges, veggie juice

lunch - pizza delivery

dinner – hoisin glazed pork chops, oriental coleslaw, oranges


Tuesday:

breakfast – sausage gravy over hash brown waffles, veggie juice

lunch – tuna/tomato/avocado salad, leftovers

dinner – baked buffalo chicken, oven fries, beet pickles, steamed green peas


Wednesday:

breakfast – poached eggs, veggie hash/patties

lunch – leftovers, side salad

dinner – porcupine meatballs, baked sweet potatoes, steamed broccoli


Thursday:

breakfast – breakfast bake, veggie juice

lunch – crockpot beef & veggie soup

dinner – honey mustard chicken, leftover sweet potatoes, salad


Friday:

breakfast – paleo granola, veggie juice

lunch – liver & bacon with caramelized onions, side salad

dinner – beef roast with veggies


Saturday:

breakfast – fend for yourself

lunch – doggie skillet meal

dinner – pizza

sun: oven fried chicken (didn't end up doing this last week), roasted brocoli, herb biscuits and raspberry jello

mon: chili, cornbread

tues : pot roast, carrots/onions, roasted potatoes, banana cream pie (FIL's bday)

weds:  shepard's pie, fresh fruit

thurs: lemon pepper salmon, apple and goat cheese salad

fri: pizza, juiceboxes/water, veggie tray, cupcakes (Madison's bday party)

Sat: leftovers or a special request dinner for Madison's actual birthday

sun: ?

I meal plan for weekday dinners only:

Monday -- tilapia, broccoli, rice

Tuesday -- BBQ pork sandwhiches, fries, carrots

Wednesday -- Wildtree baked chicken recipe

Thursday -- leftovers

Friday - Hamburgers

Not sure on veggies after Tuesday, Wednesday is shopping day -have to see what looks good at the store!

 Monday- Chicken wings, potato wedges, salad

Tuesday- Brat burgers, corn casserole

Wednesday- Chicken, rice & beans

Thursday- Roast, mashed potatoes, carrots, onion, celery

Friday-  Pork steaks, mashed potatoes, green beans

Saturday- Spaghetti, salad
