Do you get primarily free e-books? What do you think of their quality?
I've got some duds but overall, most I got for free for my kindle keep me engaged and are well written. I get primarily free books unless there is something I really want to read I can't get for free.
I just don't enjoy reading e books but some are classics and considered high quality. That being said, overall the quality of editing and of books in general is going down, IMO due to self publishing with little to no over sight. Of course that also allows for more creative freedom which I'm all for but it's a mixed bag.
I'd say about 15% of the free e-books I've downloaded aren't worth the effort, but the rest are good.
I have enjoyed all but 2 of the free ebooks I've gotten in the past 3 years. I still have over 2k on my reader that I need to read. I am never short on reading material. The 2 duds I got are a rarity. My percentage of good books outweighs the duds by far!
Some are actually REALLY good!

I have over 125 free ebooks on my nook and all the ones I've read have been good. One of the things I like about Barnes and Noble is they often offer the first book in a series free.
