April 28 – May 4, 2013

I gave my DD the responsibility of putting together this week's plan.  I think she did pretty good!  $30 for groceries is all I spent on Saturday, and that included food, toilet paper, kitchen garbage bags, and deodorant for DS.

Sunday:

breakfast – egg & cheese omelets, fruit

lunch - leftover pizza & salad

dinner – spicy roast chicken, beans, broccoli

Monday:

breakfast – breakfast bake, fruit, veggie juice

lunch – cheeseburger salad

dinner – pizza burgers, oven fries

Tuesday:

breakfast – grain-free morning glory muffins, hard boiled eggs, veggie juice

lunch – tuna salad

dinner – pork chops & rice, green beans

Wednesday:

breakfast – leftover breakfast bake, veggie juice

lunch – broccoli ham soup

dinner – chicken strips, side salad, apple salad

Thursday: Beth's 13th birthday!

breakfast – grain-free almond blueberry pancakes, veggie juice

lunch – artichoke chicken, side salad

dinner – pizza and birthday cake

Friday:

breakfast – hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese veggie salad

lunch – chef salad or leftover pizza

dinner – beef roast, veggies

Saturday:

breakfast – FFY

lunch – leftovers/clean out the refrigerator

dinner – pizza (pizza never grows old)
