Meal Plan for the week of May 5th- 11th

I am juicing this week..but here is what I am fixing for my family (hubby and 2 kids)breakfasts are omeletes (we have chickens) or homemade whole wheat choc chip muffins (baked and in freezer) or oatmeal.....lunches are leftover dinners stuff, salads, pb&J or cold meat and cheese wraps...with fruits and raw veggies...and here is dinner: 5th chicken patties wrapped in lettuce....cooked cabbage and corn 6th baked fish, broccoli and cheese, and brown rice 7th mexican, leftover brown rice, black beans, cheese salsa sourcream lettuce 8th breakfast (eggs, whole wheat pancakes or donuts....depending on mood) 9th probably whole wheat pasta and tomato sauce with meatballs....or pasta with parmesan and bacon bits 10th I am breaking my juice fast...so it's homemade pizza night (whole grain crust....) 11th quinoa (it's a grain) and either chicken or hamburgers.....

I don't know but I need to figure it out since I'm going shopping tomorrow!

Monday: Rotisserie chicken, salad

Tuesday: Ropa vieja, rice

Wednesday: Dining out 

Thursday: Crock pot chicken and stuffing

Friday: Ranch porkchops, corn 

Saturday: dinner at Medieval Time 

Sunday: Boston Lobster Feast (maybe)

i haven't really worked on mine, but yesterday we had leftovers and tonight we are having oven fried pork chops, some salad, rice (maybe) and applesauce. 

I'm going to plan meals once i see the grocery ads tomorrow

 Mon- Fricase de pollo, rice

Tues- Meatloaf, stuffing, broccoli

Wed- burgers, fries, salad

Thurs-  Pineapple chicken, stir fry veggies, brown rice

Fri- Picadillo, brown rice

Sat- Chicken & dumplings

I didn't meal plan this week.  DD had a dentist appt on Monday, I had a job interview on Tuesday, and Wed we have a meeting at work.  So we are just doing left overs and whatever comes to my mind to cook.

I'm gonna be juicing next week. Dh bought me a Ninja blender

Up in the air because of schedules. Leaving it to the house guests to shop and cook this week.

I love mine! I juice spinach and kale and other great stuff all the time! Let me know how you like yours!
