Amazon is good.  Depends on what type of charger your phone takes.  They are cheaper online. Same goes with cell phone batteries.  Verizon wanted 50$ for a extended life battery..  That I got for like 15$ online. It was a Motorola brand battery. Exact same one as Verizon had.

sometimes walmart has them cheap.... depending on your type of phone....some of the universal chargers are cheap.

I found a phone charger for $13 at our local Circle K (gas station/convenience store if you don't know it). It had like five or six different attachments for different types of phone plugs, and a retractable cord. You have to be gentle with the cord though, because the wires will fray if you put too much stress on it. It is a car charger though... I'm not sure if they had chargers for wall sockets.
