I haven't been able tp connect to my wifi since Friday. my internet works fine on my desktop its.directly connected to though. I chatted with tech support this evening and he said he reset my wifi on his end. it worked for maybe 20mins and then stopped again. I would have no problem using my cell data except ATT cell service sucks at my house. if it works its really slow.

Oh no, that sucks!! I had an Internet problem on Thursday - found out that they were doing maintenance. I personally think they should send an email to customers to warn us - I depend on my Internet for school and if its not available I have to pack up the kids and find somewhere to take them that offers wifi.

Did you unplug your router from the coaxial (sp?) and the power cord?? If not, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds and then plug it all back in.

Oh no. That's the end of my tech support career!!!
Frustrating - I hope it works out quickly.

Ours did that too, only we have time warner cable. They were able to fix it. I hate when it goes down. It's not like they give you money back for it.

are you sure it isn't a router or modem issue? we have had to replace both our router and modem and had similar problens right before we replaced them.
