In no specific order. Pea soup, chicken and rice, some kind of salad of salad fixings I have, beef stroganoff, breaded pork chops sides undecided, veggie lasagne. I'm in the middle of planning and prepping meals for the week. So when I get home from work. It's less work putting up dinner.
It has changed because I am not feeling well.
I hear you! I was feeling off all last week. Thankfully my kids know how to cook.

i've been in SD all weekend so i'm just starting mine now
mon: spaghettti, garlic bread, salad
tues: honey and apple ribs, corn, green beans and canteloupe
weds: mahi mahi, some side (suggestions?), leftover salad
thurs: roasted chicken, maybe a butternut squash gratin, applesauce or baked peaches
sat: something easy like papa murphy or more leftovers
sun: roast, carrots and onions, mashed potatoes
mon: shepards pie using leftover roast stuff
tues: black bean tortilla casserole, gauc, sour cream, etc
Was reading everyone elses...wow.......wish we had the extra cash for meat more often :) For dinners......pasta night (meatless but with parmesean and also spaghetti squash and fresh tomatoes from the garden on the side) , mexican night (black beans..brown rice, homemade salsa .no meat)....chicken night.....breakfast for dinner night (cheap because we raise our own chickens :) , homemade pizza night (since I have some italian sausage browned in smaller containers in the freezer just for it) , stir fry night. (left over chicken in the freezer)....burger night... I keep a variety of vegetables on hand in the freezer...and grains like brown rice...quinoa, couscous......that can go with any meal.......
