meal plan from 11/10 to 11/16

sun: rancho baked beans, cottage cheese (didn't get to it last week)

mon: grilled mahi mahi, lettuce salad, baked sweet potatoes

tues: spicy sausage pasta, veggie

weds: melt in your mouth chicken breast, skillet fried potatoes and onion, veggie

thurs: fresh cranberry mini scones, eggs and bacon or sausage

fri: leftovers

sat: maybe papa murphy

 Not really sure.  We have a house full of food. Just had not decided what to make.

I'm leaning on maybe a pasta type dish tonight.

Monday leftovers of beef stew from Saturday.

Tuesday possibly some brats with sides undecided.

Yay!   I have a meal plan for the week!  (I haven't been on a serious grocery shopping trip for 2 weeks, may not have to go until after Thanksgiving!)



November 10 – 16, 2013


Sunday:

breakfast – choice of omelets or banana waffles

lunch – cheeseburger salad, apple slices

dinner – chicken gumbo, apple crisp


Monday:

breakfast – sausage gravy & biscuits, veggie juice

lunch – kids have quesadillas, mom has salad

dinner – eat at church


Tuesday:

breakfast – scrambled eggs, double chocolate zucchini muffins, veggie juice

lunch – beef & veggie soup (from freezer)

dinner – roast whole chicken or turkey breast, baked sweet potatoes, pea salad


Wednesday:

breakfast – grain-free “oatmeal” with blueberries, veggie juice

lunch – leftovers

dinner – Mongolian beef & veggies (use ½ of round steak)


Thursday:

breakfast – carrot cake pancakes, spiced whipped cream cheese to top, veggie juice

lunch – tuna patties, side salad

dinner – leftover chicken/turkey pot pie


Friday:

breakfast – omelets, veggie juice

lunch – beef & veggie soup (from freezer)

dinner – beef stroganoff (use other ½ of round steak), steamed peas & carrots, apple pie


Saturday:

breakfast – fend for yourself

lunch – leftovers

dinner – Italian sausage/peppers/onions/potato bake or skillet meal

Our tenative menu is:

Monday: pizza

Tues: sweddish meatballs and rice

Wed: roast

Thurdsay: chicken soup

Fri: pork chops and steamed potatoes

Sat and Sun: left overs/homemade mac and cheese/spagh. squash

I only have 2 nights figured out. French bread pizza and salad and French toast with some wonderful sausage. I got an amazing deal on bakery bread :)
