How much did you spend?

How much did you spend on gifts, meals, etc for Father's Day?  Do you think you spent a typical amount or more/less than the average person spends?  Did you spend more, or less, than you have in past years?

Maybe $10 extra for food.  I didn't buy gifts or cards.  Pretty typical for us, dunno about compared to other people.

We went to brunch and his was free - so I paid $33 for the rest of us to eat. I made him a floating frame from supplies I got off Amazon with SB GCs...so technically that was free. We were going to have a barbecue but he got called in to work. Bummer.

Less than $60 for husband and FIL combined. I assume most people spend lots of money because guys tend to like expensive gadgets.

about 8. used my cvs extra bucks to save on some headphones. he was excited for them since he expecting a cheapie pair from the dollar store. and we made pizza at home and used leftovers for supper, so that was just out of regular food spending.
