Is it a help or a hinderance to your budget?
he has to, since I work 7 days a week. He does pretty good, although I have to make a VERY specific list for him. He can't say no to our DD, so if she goes along he always spends more
I love it most of the time. I had to learn to make him eat something before he shops though or he buys a bunch of junk food and forget the main staples.
He goes grocery shopping with me and it usually increases what I was planning on spending. But I never plan for coming anywhere close to my allotted grocery budget because I know that DH is going to add things he didn't tell me we needed or he wants.
He is a hinderance....but my 19 year old shops for me and he is learning to be very frugal!
My SO grocery shops & is more frugal then I am!
Quoting chillemi78: Ha! He barely knows what the inside of a grocery store looks like!
He does often. He gets the best bang for our buck and lots of variety for everyone.
