Sat- biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs

Sunday - stuffed spaghetti squash

Monday- baked chicken, potatoes and a steamed veggie

Tuesday- cabbage stew

Wednesday - winter solstice soup

Thursday- chicken patties with mashed potatoes and steamed veggie

Friday- chicken fried rice

Saturday- pizza night

November 9 - 15, 2014


dinner – crock pot paprika pork roast, crock mashed potatoes, candied carrots, fluffy cranberry salad


dinner – crock pot roast chicken, crockpot baked sweet potatoes, steamed broccoli


dinner – tacos


dinner – crock pot beef roast/potatoes/carrots


dinner – teriyaki chicken & veggies


dinner – salisbury patties w/gravy, mashed potatoes, pineapple walnut salad


dinner – pizza, salad

 Sunday --crockpot meal--roast, potatoes and carrots

Monday--chili in crockpot and fritos

Tuesday-Black Bean Picadill and spanish rice

Wednesday.--Beef Stroganoff and noodles


Friday and Saturday--Leave Open

S: eggplant curry & samosa potatoes

M:pierogi skillet

T: Sloppy lentil joes & carrot fritters

W: Split pea soup -or- ham n' beans


F: falafel -or- mu shu (I'm leaning toward mu shu, but youngest asked if we could have homemade falafel sometime soon. :) )

S: undecided

Lunches will be leftover chili, baked potatoes, other leftovers, sandwiches/wraps.

Breakfasts may include hm muffins, scrambled veggie eggs w/ toast, oatmeal, avocado egg toast.

Snacks : air-popped corn, apples with almond butter or pumpkin dip, cheese/crackers, whatever other fruit or veggies are available, hm muffins if available.

Sunday - chicken lasagna stuffed spaghetti squash, salad, asparagus

Monday - Turkey meatloaf, herbed red ptoatoes, candied carrots

Tuesday - Chicken chili relleno casserole, zucchini, spanish brown rice.

Wednesday - Pulled pork sandwiches, baked sweet potato fries, coleslaw, raw baby carrots

Thursday - stuffed cabbage rolls, mashed potatoes, fruit and cottage cheese.

Friday - Slow cooker pizza pasta, salad, cookies

Saturday - Whole roasted lemon chicken, mashed potato fritters, brussels with bacon

Kids lunches

Monday - Ham and cheese kebabs, raw mixed veggies, baked chips, apples with peanut butter

Off tuesday 

Wednesday - Spaghetti, salad, parmesan crisps, broccoli, melon

Thursday - Pumpkin spicepancakes, hard boiled eggs, chicken sausage, mixed fruit

Friday - mini soft chicken tacos, olives, pears, yogurt

mon. Baked chicken breast, scalloped potatoes and green beans
tues. Spaghetti and garlic bread
wed. Bbq boneless, skinless chicken thighs, vegetable rice and corn
thurs. Chili beans with garlic bread

Sunday- chicken drummettes and rice (dh and ds ate the chicken, I ate the rice)

Monday- Bar-b-que chicken, mixed veggies

Tuesday and Wednesday-Lasagna, garlic bread, salad

Thursday-Baked pork chops

Friday-Crockpot pulled pork

Sun.- Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, sour cream zucchini, homemade bread, flan for dessert

Mon.- Enchilada soup, salad and fresh bread, chocolate chip cookies

Tues.- Out

Weds.- Crockpot chicken and stuffing, chocolate chip cookies

Thurs.- Homemade pizza

Fri- Pork tenderloin with apples and onions, smashed red potatoes and roasted cabbage, onion cheese bread

Saturday- out
