How much do you think Thanksgiving dinner is going to cost you this year?  Are you hosting or going to someone else's house?

I'm going to someone else's house and I don't have to pay a cent.

2 bags sweet potatoes $3

1 can french fried onions $1.29

2 lb. bag baby carrots $2.29

Oh how nice!  I was hoping to go somewhere else and not have to do the cooking, but it didn't work out that way.

My In-Laws are hosting, but it is still costing enough to just bring sides. :(

Loaded Cauliflower, Mexican Poo Dip, and Nutter Butter Turkey Cookies.

Plus we make gingerbread houses after and the candy and odds and ends start adding up.  At least we got smart this year and bought the candy at the Amish Dent and Bent store, who cares if the candy is 1 yr old no one eats it anyway.

Hosting.  I budget $250.  That includes alcohol.
