I only know today for sure, I'm roasting a whole chicken and I will make a side salad and rice to go with it.

I am doing my big meat trip to Sam's club tomorrow since it is right beside my Obgyn (31 weeks tomorrow, yay!)

But it will be something like the following since I'm craving many of these things or they're just staples in our house.

Monday: Roasted chicken, rice, salad

Tuesday: Spaghetti made with beef kielbasa, and steamed broccoli

Wednesday: Turkey bacon, eggs, pancakes, and tomatoes in olive oil with salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese

Thursday: take out (my son had bookclub and I can't get him fed before hand with home cooking)

Friday: Baked chicken thighs with lentils seasoned with beef kielbasa, garlic, and ham base, and peas

Saturday: Either homemade pizza or my chicken and dressing casserole of I have enough chicken left from Friday.

Sunday: Not sure. Depends on the price of ground beef. I really want some meatloaf with homemade Mac and cheese, but I refuse to pay the $6.00/lb ground beef has been recently. Maybe a soup and sandwich night.

*please excuse any typos, I'm mobile*
