It's a recipe I found online for making a thanksgiving left over chowder. Looks so good i will be saving this recipe for My turkey left overs. It goes in the slow cooker which is the best part for me!!

Pot pies.  Mini pot pies with mashed potato crust.  sandwiches.  Quiche.

heck leftover meat and potatoes don't stand a chance in our house.

Okay:

layer turkey, then leftover veggies, leftover gravy, then leftover stuffing in a baking dish.  Bake @ 350°F for 20 - 30 minutes

Sweet potatoes can be turned into sweet potato muffins

My "recipes" often involve just combining leftovers, like mixing turkey with stuffing, sweet potatoes and corn together and heating it up.  Or putting cranberry sauce on turkey. My brother-in-law likes to mix things and see how it turns out, too.  He pointed out you sometimes make garbage this way, but more often than not it turns out okay.

I use turkey like I would chicken, making soup or turkey pot pies or turkey and rice.  Again, I don't have a certain recipe I use, but look through my cookbooks and on-line for something that looks interesting.
