March 13 - 19

Breakfasts:  fend for yourself

Lunches:  leftovers, fend for yourself

Dinners:

Sunday - Crockpot roast chicken, sweet potatoes, green beans, raspberry cheesecake

Monday - Tortellini soup, grilled cheese sandwiches, tomato cucumber salad

Tuesday - chicken quesadillas, pepper strips

Wednesday - breakfast for dinner a.k.a. BRINNER!  pancakes, sausage, eggs, fruit, broccoli/carrot mix

Thursday - St. Patrick's Day!  loaded ham & potato soup, shamrock brownie trifle

Friday - Crockpot Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, salad

Saturday - pizza bites w/dip

Sunday Chicken and Rice Casserole Veggie to be decided

Monday Stuffed bell peppers, mashed potatoes, peas

Tuesday.  Leftovers of  steak,  butternut squash and loaded potatoes from the weekend.

Wednesday undecided

Thursday Corned beef, cabbage, boiled red potatoes, rye bread.

Friday Veggie lasagne from the freezer. Garlic bread and garden salad.

Saturday leftovers of corned beef etc. from St. Patty's day.

Sun: grilled mahi tacos with mango salsa and red cabbage
Mon: roasted lamb gyros (a huge splurge,but I haven't made them in 5+ yrs)
Tues:leftovers or sandwiches
Weds: Tso chicken, rice, broccoli
Thurs: cider braised corn beef, roasted rutabaga, maybe some soda bread
Fri: Rancho beans, cottage cheese, cheddar biscuits
Sat: leftovers

Dinners:
Monday: Frittata, salad
Tuesday: crockpot Pork Chops and apples, asparagus
Wednesday: at in laws
Thursday: salmon cakes, mashed potatoes, salad
Friday: crockpot pork tacos
Saturday: leftovers
Sunday: roasted Turkey, carrots, sourdough bread

Breakfasts: eggs, toast, oatmeal, granola

Lunches: usually leftovers, salad, crudités

It's hard to see, but I wrote breakfast, lunch and dinner and a snack for each day. It's more for the diet for my husband and I, but the planning saves money too. Nothing very exciting for us, a lot of grilled chicken and veggies and salads. But we are having corned beef on Thursday.
