TV is not great for kids -- or any of us, for that matter. Especially when there are so many other things we could be doing, learning, seeing, etc. So why not have a TV turn-off week? If a week seems to daunting, try limiting TV, video games, and computer time to the weekend only, or start by just cutting down the time for today.
