Papero A Paper Craft Toy

Remember the old days when building a model airplane or a car were all the rage? Well, not so much in my house but I always wanted to try it. Enter Papero. Created by some of Korea’s top exhibition designers, Papero has come out with a line of eco-friendly part craft, part toy products that are super fun for adults and kids.

Each kit includes the outlined “blueprints” of whatever 3D structure you choose. You color the “blueprints”, punch out the pieces, and assemble them without the need for any glue or scissors. The entire Papero line is made from sustainable recycled paper and natural soybean oil-based ink, so not only are they safe for you and the kids, they are safe for the environment also.

I was thinking that because I was considering it as a fun gift my dad would enjoy, but maybe he'd think the same as you!

There are a lot of people I know would have fun with this, I know a little boy with autism who makes his own incredibly detailed towns out of paper, I bet he could do these in a flash and love them too.

Quoting sarahjz:

Neat.  But, wow...the detail required would make me cross-eyed!

That could be fun... except as soon as we were finished building something, DS would squash it.
